Withdraw from a contract
If you bought as a consumer and live in the EU or the UK, you can withdraw from your order within 14 days of placing it, without giving a reason.
Fill in the form and press Confirm withdrawal. You get a reference on screen straight away and by email. If you asked us to start work within the 14 days, we may keep the value of the work already done; you lose the right to withdraw once the service is fully performed. See the Refund policy and Terms.
Buying for a business? Business customers have no statutory withdrawal right, but you can still contact us about your order.
