Are there hidden fees?
Listed prices include government fees and, for Singapore, the resident director a non-resident must have. Some yearly costs the law requires are not part of forming the company and are quoted separately, with their price shown next to ours: the Hong Kong audit and the US Form 5472 filing. Optional extras, such as bank-account support, are shown as separate lines with their own price before checkout.
Do I need to travel?
No. Formation is remote. After checkout you upload your passport and proof of address in the client portal, and we complete the checks online.
Can a non-resident form an offshore company?
Yes. You do not need to live in or visit BVI, Cayman, Seychelles or Belize to form a company there, and KYC is done online. Tax and economic-substance rules depend on what the company does and where you live (confirm with your specialist).
Can I open a Hong Kong company online?
Yes, the whole process is remote. Every Hong Kong package includes the registered office address and company secretary for year 1. The Hong Kong page lists the documents you provide and the typical timeline.
How long does it take?
It depends on the jurisdiction and starts once your KYC is approved. Typical times are Hong Kong 1–2 days, Singapore 1–3, BVI 2–5 and the US 3–7, with the EIN timed by the IRS.
Can you open a bank account for me?
We introduce you to suitable institutions and prepare your application. The bank or payment institution makes the decision, and no provider can promise approval.
Will my company pay no tax?
Not automatically. Some jurisdictions charge 0% local tax on foreign-sourced income, but your tax depends on where you live and where the company is managed. We work alongside your tax adviser.
