We are not a bank, a law firm or a tax adviser. Banks decide on accounts, and your tax depends on your residency and your company’s substance. Beneficial owners are disclosed to the authorities as the law requires.
Every client passes identity, address and source-of-funds checks before we act. As a licensed TCSP we must do this under Hong Kong’s Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing Ordinance (AMLO).

Complaints
Tell us what went wrong through the complaint form or by email to customer.success@offshorecompanycorp.com. Include your order number, what happened and what you would like us to do. We acknowledge every complaint within 2 business days and send a full written reply within 30 days. Someone who was not involved reviews it.
If you are not satisfied with our reply, you can raise licensing or anti-money-laundering matters with the Companies Registry, which supervises TCSP licensees, and personal data matters with the Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data in Hong Kong or the data protection authority where you live. Privacy requests go to privacy@offshorecompanycorp.com.

Your contract is with One IBC Limited. Offshore Company Corp offices are operated by One IBC Limited (HK TCSP licence TC001305), One IBC Pte. Ltd (Singapore registration no. FA20180115), One IBC Vietnam Co., Ltd (VN) and One IBC USA, Inc. (US).
