Questions people ask before choosing us
Why not use a self-service formation app?
For a single US LLC or UK Ltd that you will run yourself, an app can be the right call. Check what its price covers. Ours covers KYC by a licensed provider, government fees, registered office or agent and company secretary for year 1, each line itemised, plus the year-2 price up front.
How do I know you are a real, licensed provider?
One IBC Limited holds Hong Kong Trust or Company Service Provider licence TC001305. You can look it up on the Companies Registry’s public TCSP register, and check our official domains on the About page before you pay.
Will the price change after I pay?
Listed package prices include the government fee, and any extras are shown as separate lines before checkout. The year-2 renewal price is shown before you pay, too.
Can you promise me a bank account?
No provider can. We introduce you to suitable institutions and prepare the application with you; the bank or payment institution makes the decision.
What if my company cannot be formed?
If we cannot incorporate your company, we refund the service fee (minus courier costs).
