We are not a bank, a law firm or a tax adviser. Banks decide on accounts, and your tax depends on your residency and your company’s substance. Beneficial owners are disclosed to the authorities as the law requires.
Every client passes identity, address and source-of-funds checks before we act. As a licensed TCSP we must do this under Hong Kong’s Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing Ordinance (AMLO).

We keep KYC records for at least 5 years after the relationship ends, as Hong Kong’s AMLO requires, and disclose them to authorities only when the law requires. You can ask to access or correct it via privacy@offshorecompanycorp.com.
