This summary helps you read the document. If it differs from the full text below, the full text applies.
1. Our commitment
One IBC Limited runs this website under the brand Offshore Company Corp. We want people with disabilities to be able to find information, compare prices, order and manage their company here without help.
This statement covers www.offshorecompanycorp.com, including the checkout. When the client portal opens, this statement will cover it too. It does not cover third-party pages, such as the PayPal and GlobalPay Hong Kong payment pages or government registries.
2. The standard we aim for
We aim for WCAG 2.2 level AA. The harmonised European standard EN 301 549 (version 3.2.1) references WCAG 2.1 level AA. WCAG 2.2 builds on WCAG 2.1 and adds more success criteria.
The website is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 AA. Partially conformant means some content does not yet fully meet the standard. The known limits are listed below.
3. What we have done
- Pages work with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus indicator that the sticky header does not hide.
- Text and controls meet WCAG AA colour contrast in light and dark mode.
- Pages reflow to a 320 pixel wide screen without scrolling sideways, and text can be zoomed to 200%.
- Touch targets are at least 44 by 44 pixels on mobile.
- Every page has one main heading, landmarks and a skip link.
- Form fields have labels, and errors are described in text.
- Animations respect the reduced-motion setting on your device.
- The cookie banner is not a pop-up that blocks the page, and "Reject all" and "Accept all" look the same.
4. How we test
We last tested the website on 27 September 2026. We ran automated axe checks against WCAG 2.2 AA on our main page templates in light and dark mode, at screen widths of 1440, 375 and 320 pixels. We also checked keyboard use by hand on key templates, including focus order, the mobile menu, forms and the checkout.
The tests were done by our own team, not by an independent auditor. We run the automated checks again before each release.
5. Known limits
We know about these limits:
- Payment pages and payment fields provided by PayPal and GlobalPay Hong Kong are outside our control. If you cannot pay on them, we can send you an invoice to pay by bank wire.
- The comparison table on small screens has not yet been checked with the VoiceOver screen reader.
- Some documents from registries and other third parties are PDFs that we cannot change. If you need one in another format, ask us and we will help.
6. Other ways to order or get help
If any part of the site is hard to use, you do not have to use it. A specialist can send you a quote by email, take your order by email or on a call, and explain each document.
7. Report a problem
Tell us about any barrier by email at customer.success@offshorecompanycorp.com, or through the contact page. Include the page address, what you were trying to do and the device or assistive technology you use.
We reply within 1 business day and offer you another way to get the content or complete your task, for example by email or on a call.
8. If you are not satisfied
If you are not satisfied with our reply, you may contact the consumer protection or accessibility authority in your country.
9. About this statement
This statement was prepared on 27 September 2026 and last reviewed on 27 September 2026. We review it at least once a year and after major changes to the site.
Change log
What changed in version 2026-09-27 (9)
Our commitment: New statement. The live site has no accessibility statement.
Why: Needed if the European Accessibility Act applies to OCC's online ordering, and good practice either way.
Law: Directive (EU) 2019/882 art. 13(2) and Annex V
The standard we aim for: States WCAG 2.2 AA as the target, partial conformance, and that EN 301 549 v3.2.1 references WCAG 2.1 AA.
Why: Claiming full conformance without an audit could be a false statement. The earlier draft said EN 301 549 uses WCAG 2.2; v3.2.1, the version cited in the Official Journal, references WCAG 2.1.
Law: EN 301 549; Trade Descriptions Ordinance (Cap. 362) s. 7A
What we have done: Lists measures already in the code base (docs/audit/06-a11y-performance.md, consent banner).
Why: Annex V asks for a description of how the service meets the accessibility requirements.
Law: Directive (EU) 2019/882 Annex V
Other ways to order or get help: Offers ordering by email or call.
Why: Gives users a working route while any barrier is fixed.
Law: Directive (EU) 2019/882 art. 13 and Annex I (services)
How we test: Adds the date and scope of our last test (27 September 2026: automated axe checks in light and dark mode at 1440, 375 and 320 pixels, and manual keyboard checks on key templates), done in-house.
Why: Annex V asks how the service meets the requirements; the scope must be stated honestly.
Law: Directive (EU) 2019/882 Annex V
Known limits: Lists the known limits: third-party payment pages (PayPal, GlobalPay Hong Kong) and the comparison table on small screens not yet checked with VoiceOver.
Why: A statement must describe content that is not accessible.
Law: Directive (EU) 2019/882 Annex V
Report a problem: Feedback goes to customer.success@offshorecompanycorp.com, with a reply within 1 business day that offers another way to get the content.
Why: A monitored channel and a response time are needed for the statement to be useful.
Law: Directive (EU) 2019/882 art. 13 and Annex V
If you are not satisfied: People can contact the consumer or accessibility authority in their country.
Why: OCC has no EU establishment, so no single market surveillance authority is named.
Law: Directive (EU) 2019/882 art. 19
Our commitment: Published: status, version and effective date 27 September 2026.
Why: Owner decision to publish the legal set on 27 September 2026.
Law: Directive (EU) 2019/882 art. 13(2) and Annex V
