This summary helps you read the document. If it differs from the full text below, the full text applies.
1. Who runs this website
This website is run by One IBC Limited, a company in Hong Kong. We trade as Offshore Company Corp.
One IBC Limited holds a Hong Kong Trust or Company Service Provider (TCSP) licence, number TC001305, issued by the Registrar of Companies. You can check the licence on the TCSP register at https://www.tcsp.cr.gov.hk/.
Our head office is at Unit 1411, 14/F, COSCO Tower, 183 Queen's Road Central, Sheung Wan, Hong Kong.
One IBC Pte. Ltd, a company registered in Singapore (Singapore registration no. FA20180115) with its office at 138 Robinson Road, #24-01, Oxley Tower, Singapore 068906, is our sister company. One IBC Limited and One IBC Pte. Ltd are the companies of One IBC Group. Our offices in Irvine, California and Ho Chi Minh City are run by One IBC USA, Inc. and One IBC Vietnam Co., Ltd.
2. What our licence covers
One IBC Limited's TCSP licence covers trust or company services carried on in Hong Kong. It is One IBC Limited's only licence.
Outside Hong Kong, One IBC Limited does not act as a registered agent, corporate service provider or filing agent itself. That work is done by the performing company named in your order summary or quote, such as One IBC Pte. Ltd in Singapore, or by a licensed local partner where local law requires a licensed or registered local provider. We do not publish our partners' names; we tell you on request.
We are not a law firm, an accounting firm, a bank, a payment institution or an investment adviser. We do not hold client money for investment and we do not arrange investments.
3. The website is general information
Everything on this website is general information about company formation and related services. It is written for a general audience, not for your situation.
It is not legal, tax, accounting or investment advice. Reading it does not create a client relationship with us. Our Terms of Service explain when a contract is formed, and that we file nothing for you until our identity checks are approved.
Tax results depend on where you live, where the company is managed and controlled, and whether it has real substance. Please get advice from a qualified tax adviser in your country of residence before you decide.
4. Banks, registries and other third parties decide
Company registries, banks, payment providers and tax authorities make their own decisions. We can prepare and submit applications. We cannot promise an outcome.
Names or logos of banks, registries or other organisations on this website belong to those organisations. Showing them does not mean they endorse us or are our partners, unless a page says so and gives the basis.
5. Accuracy, dates and sources
Laws, fees, registry rules and international lists change often. We date facts that change, for example "as of September 2026", and we list the official source on the page.
We review our pages regularly and correct errors when we find them. We cannot promise that every page is complete or current on the day you read it. Always check the dated source, or ask us, before you act.
Prices on the website are set by our pricing system. Your quote and order confirmation show the price that applies to you. If a page and your quote differ, the quote applies.
6. Answers from our AI assistant
Our website may offer an AI assistant called Ask OCC. It is powered by Claude, a model made by Anthropic. It is software, not a person.
Its answers are generated automatically from our published pages and catalogue. They can be incomplete or wrong. They are general information, not advice, and they do not change your quote, our Terms of Service or any agreement with us.
Please do not share passport, bank or card details in the chat. If an answer matters to your decision, ask one of our staff to confirm it in writing.
7. Where our services are not offered
This website is not an offer or solicitation in any place where offering these services would be unlawful, or where we or our local providers are not permitted to act.
Some countries restrict marketing of offshore or foreign company services, financial promotions, or services to their residents. It is your responsibility to check that you may use our services under the law that applies to you. We may decline an order for this reason.
Nothing on this website is an offer of securities, deposits, loans, insurance or any other financial product.
We do not act for people or entities that are subject to applicable sanctions, and we apply extra checks to clients connected with higher-risk countries. See our Restricted and sanctioned countries page and our AML and KYC policy.
8. Links to other websites
We link to official sources such as registries, regulators, legislation and the FATF so that you can check facts yourself.
We do not control other websites and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. A link does not mean we endorse the site.
9. Our responsibility
You use the general information on this website at your own risk. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss caused by relying on it without taking advice or confirming it with us.
When you buy a service from us, our responsibility for that service is set out in our Terms of Service. If this disclaimer and the Terms of Service conflict, the Terms of Service apply.
Nothing in this disclaimer limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, or any right you have as a consumer that cannot be removed by contract.
10. Our content and brand
The text, design and brand on this website belong to One IBC Limited or its licensors. You may share links and quote short parts with credit. Please do not copy whole pages.
11. Changes and contact
We may update this disclaimer. The date at the top shows the current version.

Change log
What changed in version 2026-09-27 (12)
Who runs this website: Names One IBC Pte. Ltd (Singapore registration no. FA20180115, 138 Robinson Road) as One IBC Limited's sister company in One IBC Group, as on the live site. One IBC Limited remains the company that runs the website.
Why: The owner confirmed the Singapore entity and the group structure on 27 September 2026.
Law: Trade Descriptions Ordinance (Cap. 362) s.7; AMLO (Cap. 615) Part 5A (TCSP licensing)
What our licence covers: New section. States that TC001305 is One IBC Limited's only licence and that regulated work outside Hong Kong is done by the performing company or a licensed local partner.
Why: The live text implies a group-wide licensed network. Visitors should know which entity is licensed and for what.
Law: AMLO (Cap. 615) Part 5A (TCSP licensing); CR Guideline on Licensing of TCSPs (May 2025)
The website is general information: Kept the "not advice" position. Extended it from business and investment advice to legal, tax and accounting advice, and said when a client relationship starts.
Why: Most reader questions are about tax and law. The live text covered business and investment advice only.
Law: General law of negligent misstatement (Hedley Byrne principle, applied in Hong Kong); Terms of Service
Banks, registries and other third parties decide: Replaced the description of banks as "business partners" with a statement that logos do not mean endorsement or partnership.
Why: Bank or partner names as partners are not verified (CLAIMS.md). Calling banks partners may mislead.
Law: Trade Descriptions Ordinance (Cap. 362) ss.7, 13E (misleading omissions)
Accuracy, dates and sources: New section on dated facts, sources and quote precedence.
Why: Fees, lists and rules change. The site policy is "as of" dates plus primary sources.
Law: Trade Descriptions Ordinance (Cap. 362) s.13E; docs/content/VOICE.md (E-E-A-T rules)
Answers from our AI assistant: New section for the Ask OCC assistant.
Why: Visitors must be told they are talking to an AI system, and answers must not be read as advice or as changing the contract.
Law: Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 (AI Act) Art. 50(1); GDPR Art. 13
Where our services are not offered: New section on jurisdiction-specific marketing limits, no offer of financial products, and sanctions.
Why: The site is visible worldwide. Some countries restrict marketing of these services to residents.
Law: AMLO (Cap. 615) Sch. 2; Securities and Futures Ordinance (Cap. 571) s.103 (offers of investments), stated as context only
Links to other websites: New section on external links.
Why: The live text had no links policy, and our pages link to many official sources.
Law: None specific; standard website term
Our responsibility: Replaced the blanket "no responsibility" wording with a limit that points to the Terms of Service and keeps non-excludable rights.
Why: A blanket exclusion may fail the reasonableness test and cannot bind consumers in the EU or UK.
Law: Control of Exemption Clauses Ordinance (Cap. 71) ss.3, 7; UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 ss.62, 65; Council Directive 93/13/EEC
Who runs this website: Removed the statement that One IBC Group is a network of independent firms.
Why: The website contract is with One IBC Limited. One IBC Group is One IBC Limited and One IBC Pte. Ltd; the Terms name the company that performs each service.
Law: Trade Descriptions Ordinance (Cap. 362) s.13E
What our licence covers: Performing companies and licensed local partners replace "local providers"; partner names are given on request, not in every quote.
Why: Owner decision of 27 September 2026: partners are described as licensed local partners without names.
Law: Trade Descriptions Ordinance (Cap. 362) s.13E
Who runs this website: Published: status, version and effective date 27 September 2026.
Why: Owner decision to publish the legal set on 27 September 2026.
Law: Trade Descriptions Ordinance (Cap. 362) s.13E
